Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Why does Reiki feel good?
Reiki is linked to a range of physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood, and pain relief. Research suggests Reiki helps the body return to a state of relaxation, which allows it to potentially better healing from damage brought on by stress.

What does Reiki energy feel like?
You may experience the energy in the form of sensations like heat, tingling or pulsing where the Reiki practitioner has placed their hands. Sometimes, people feel sensations moving throughout the body, while other people do not perceive any change at all.
Sometimes the experience of Reiki is dramatic, while for other people, the first session in particular may be uneventful, although they feel somehow better afterward. The most common experience is an almost immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation.
